Act now to use any unused funds for approved educational services or activities before the deadline.

Parent/Guardian Instructions for Online Vendors

Families are welcome to preview online store offerings. Please note, however, that only purchases made after awards have been issued will be eligible for reimbursement.

Visit the Talkbox site and select orders to add to your cart.
Select the "cart" icon in the top right when you are doing shopping.
Click "Proceed to Checkout" once your cart items are confirmed.
Enter in the required (*) fields including the KEEP Award Number (How do I find my award number?)
- Please create one order per student
- Shipping address must be to the Kansas address listed in your application
Select "Place Order"
Save the confirmation screen or confirmation email as a screenshot or PDF.
Visit app.keep.ks.gov or open the KEEP Claims app and submit a claim by attaching your purchase order in place of a receipt.
Once your claim is approved by Merit’s Customer Success team, your order will be shipped and your KEEP balance will be updated.

Orders are processed per child. Please only add items to each order that are for that child.

For example, submitting a receipt that shows two devices in one order that are for different children will be denied. Items on a single receipt can not be split between multiple children in a household.
