Elm St., Louisburg, Ks. 66053 Students studying in the Goodman Music Studio can expect to study only wholesome and developmentally appropriate repertoire through the following philosophies, methodologies and pedagogical practices: Carl Orff's personal ownership and creativity in the music making process, Dr. Leon Thurman's work in healthy, natural whole bodymind approach foundational to the Voice Care Network, Dr. Amelia Rollings Bigler's study of vocal pedagogy and founder of the The Phonation Company, and Dr. John Feierabend's focus on the onset of singing through First Steps in Music and Conversational Solfege.
