Educational Value
I offer 45 minute weekly private piano lessons as well as private voice lessons. Please contact me for availability. Monthly lesson tuition is $160 September - May and includes core books and materials. Individual 45 minute private Summer lessons are also available June - August and are charged $40 per lesson but billed monthly. A minimum of 6 lessons is required. Students are asked to make a semester commitment to private piano lessons. Piano Students will learn basics through the Piano Pronto series, try their hand at composing, and progress with theory and technique. Performance opportunities include holiday performances at a local nursing home and senior center in October and December as well as a formal recital in May. Another studio delight is Christmas Camp. A themed Christmas camp is held the first two weeks of December and full of theory game review, crafts, music making, and learning! Christmas 2024 Camp will focus on Tchaikovsky and The Nutcracker Ballet. This 2 night, 4 hour camp has been a favorite highlight of all students participating. December tuition covers this camp fee. In addition to lessons, Summer 2024 programs include: * Stop Motion Animation Camp $160 (2 day, 4 hours) - create with stop motion animation and put it to life with music and sound effects. All supplies included. Light snacks provided. Ages 7 - 12. *"A Star Is Born" Singer's Workshop $240 (6 weeks, 45 minutes each session) - covering singing basics, audition tips and mock auditions. Ages 8 - 12. *"The Beat Goes On" Rhythm Workshop $240 (6 weeks, 45 minutes each session) - All musician's are welcome! We will cover rhythm basics, bucket drumming, conducting skills, and some composing. Ages 7 - 12. Space is limited for all workshops and camp. Please contact me for availability.
